Having you to greet us and show us your city made a great vacation fantastic.. you made the city come alive !. We were fortunate our cruise finished up in Buenos Aires ...that way we saved the best until last. We were so glad that you were able to have dinner with us and that we had a chance to meet Matias. We took an instant liking to him and you both look so happy together.
I have so much to thank you for...the hours you have spent helping us with the planning of our trip...your letters ...your suggestions ...booking our hotel and giving us such a fantastic tour. We have been to many places in our travels but we have never had a welcome and such a wonderful introduction to anywhere as we had from you. | It is about a week since we are home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Chile, Argentina, and Brazil and have many wonderful memories. The penguin colony at Punto Tombo, Iguazu Falls and Bariloche were the highlights for us, but we also enjoyed touring and learning about Santiago and Buenos Aires.
Cintia, I very much enjoyed working with you to plan this trip. I felt that you really listened to my concerns and questions and that your suggestions were very helpful. At every point where we were to be met by a driver or guide and driver, they were where they were supposed to be, on time, and very pleasant to deal with. As a result all of our connections went smoothly. This was really extraordinary since we had so many flights.
I particularly appreciated your flexibility and willingness to reschedule our Buenos Aires city tour when we wound up with a four-hour airport lay-over. We all appreciated the information and referrals when yellow fever in Iguazu became an issue. Your availablility and willingness to help ensured that we enjoyed ourselves!

| We made our arrangements for our 4-day visit to Buenos Aires through WOW Argentina´s web site, and corresponded with owner Cintia Stella by email. Cintia was extremely helpful in planning our stay, and her suggestions were excellent.
We were met at the cruise ship dock by a car, driver and Cintia´s business partner/husband Matias Mancuso who gave us an extensive private tour of the sights of the City. The hotel suggestion was a comfortable, clean modern facility centrally located and when purchased though WOW, very reasonably priced.
Cintia was able to accommodate a requested change of scheduling at the last minute with grace and alacrity.

| Mahalo is the Hawaiian word for thank you, and, now that our trip is over, we wanted to thank you for the help that you and your husband provided to us.
We greatly enjoyed the portions of Argentina which we saw, and will not soon forget the people, sights, and other experiences we encountered along the way. We lugged several bottles of Malbec back to Hawaii (thanks for your kind offer to deliver to the airport, but there was no way, we discovered, that we could handle anything more than what we could carry under any circumstances), and will share them with friends and family.

All in all, we loved Argentina, and appreciated your prompt assistance, the helpful tips, and the ability to call you should problems arise. | Our feedback is that we definitely loved the Movitrack experience and we are so glad you convinced us to go on that. While we were on top of the truck we saw the train and were waving to the passengers, if we had been sturbborn and insisted on the train i think we would have been very jealous to see the people in ponchos on top of the truck! The accommodation at Maimara was also a very pleasant surprise, a very cozy feel to it and very spick and span.
Iguazu was also very good and the falls were stunning. Howe took many photos there.

Iguazú es una maravilla (las cataratas), pero quedamos enamorados con Bariloche. Nuestra estadía en el LLao LLao fue un sueño. La fama del hotel no es regalada, es una experiencia única quedarse en tan hermoso lugar. No regresaría a Mar del Plata, es muy bonito, pero como tu misma me informaste en una ocasión pasada, hubiera sido mejor ir a Punta del Este. Lo mejor de ese lugar fue pasar la despedida del año en el Hotel (el cual es muy bonito, teníamos una vista de nuestra habitación inigualable) con nuestras parientes.
En general, lo que mas nos cautivo, fue el trato de tus compatriotas. La oferta gastronómica increible y que tratan muy bien a los turistas. El Intercontinental, nos guardó nuestras valijas y cada vez que llegabamos de algún punto, nos entregaban las mísmas y preparabamos una nueva maleta para el siguiente lugar. Al final, un remis del hotel nos esperó en el Aeroparque con las maletas que habiamos dejado en el Hotel y nos llevó directo a Ezeiza.
Recibe un abrazo afectuoso mío y de Paul para ti y Matías. Tienes unos amigos aquí en Puerto Rico. Si en algún momento deciden viajar para aquí, no vaciles en llamarme. |

It was very nice of you to send us a fax regarding the flight change from Bariloche to BA, and thank you also for your beautiful note. We had a great time visitng Argentina, and all the details you arranged worked out perfectly (we had great seats for all of our flights). We should have asked for your recommendation for a tango show right away - we did go to see Piazzolla tango on Friday night and we had a great time, this show was SO much better than El Viejo Almacen.
Overall, I have to say that we were incredibly impressed by how much you care about your business and your clients - we felt very lucky to have found you! Needless to say, we will be recommending you to all of our friends who are thinking about visiting Argentina. My one regret is that I did not get a chance to meet you (I was asleep in the hotel room when you came by), but I hope that I will have an opportunity to meet you next time Dennis and I are in BA, which we hope will not be that far in the future.

Yes, we had a wonderful time in both Buenos Aires and in Patagonia. The Llao Llao was unbelievable!! Our weather was not great the first 2 days so that was a good place to be as there is much to do there and of course the scenery is spectacular. I´m really glad we also went to Villa la Angostura, as it was very different from our first 2 days and we got a great hike in at the national park there.
Thank you to you and Matias for your wonderful service and all your help with our trip. David and I really enjoyed the Saturday tour with him, and all your help with arranging the hotels, flights, and Tango show was very much appreciated. We will definitely refer our friends to you in the future.

What can I say except "WOW"....you have correctly named your company! You made our visit all that we could have hoped and more!! I told Dan as we were on our way home that I feel like we had visited friends in Buenos Aires. We so thoroughly enjoyed our time with you.....I only wish that Matias could have joined us and we could have gotten to know him a little, also. If he is married to you he must be just as enjoyable....what a compliment, huh??
We took our "tango" print to be framed this weekend and you know we will think so fondly of you and Buenos Aires whenever we look at it. I am still kicking myself, however, for not getting that painting in La Boca that Dan picked up....think it would have been just right....I am bad about second guessing myself. Next time I will just say "okay"!
Dan and I want you to know that you have friends in Dallas and a place waiting for you if you and Matias ever get to Texas....we told you that already but we mean it! | My wife and I are retired and we don´t do the nightlife routine. We wanted to see the tango performed, but the shows started too late. Bless her heart, Cintia took us to a club in the afternoon where locals go to dance the tango. We were able to see how the tango is performed and danced by the natives. | Kym and I cannot thank you enough for all the planning and thought that went into our Mendoza excursion. It was exhilerating. First, the Park Hyatt is such an impressive hotel. The staff were courteous, and our room was elegant. Huentata tours were excellent. We wound up hiring a driver and interpreter with them for two full days of wine tasting. I think we visited about 13 or 14 wineries in two days (yes, we are completely insane). Between the two days of wine tasting, we did the Alta Montana tour, and I must tell you that the ride to the Chilean border took our breath away. The Uspallata Valley is astonishing, and remember, I´m from Hawaii and have visited New Zealand, and this place is in a different category. While we did the tour, we met a Brit and a Brazilian, and they joined us for day two of our wine tasting. The wine in Mendoza is remarkable, and we had lunch as Nieto Senetiner and at Familia Zuccardi Three full days in Mendoza is perfect.
By the way, we went to Dora restaurant three times -- twice for food, and once to buy some wine they served us for dinner. I love that restaurant! The staff probably knows us by now. The food in BA and Mendoza is terrific.
This was our best trip ever, and we plan on coming back to Argentina soon. We found the Argentines to be very gracious and friendly people, and I think that aspect of the trip was the best part of our tour to Argentina. I think next time we´ll combine BA with Salta or Iguazu. I also plan on recommending you to my friends who travel to Argentina in the future. Feel free to use either of us as contacts for recommendations.

| I just wanted you to know how much Scott and I enjoyed your tour yesterday!! I must admit my expectations were high given the amount of praise you have received on Fodor´s but you certainly exceeded them.
We both were just so excited about the city after you left that we immediately grabbed lunch and with your map in hand grabbed a cab to Murillo. Thankfully, we had the map you gave us because the cab driver didn´t know how to get there until I showed him your printout. Scott bought a fantastic briefcase at a price I still can´t believe.

Its been so long since we in touch with you that you must think we have forgotten all about you. Not so at all.
We got back last Monday from our wonderful trip and are just beginning to catch our breath again. The weather here is amazingly good so it has made the homecoming much easier.
Our trip was really super. Meeting Matias as we did at the airport was a great idea and he really set us up for our days in BA. It is such a beautiful city and we felt perfectly safe. The Alvear was really nice and the people there couldn´t have been more helpful. The bathrooms weren´t the most modern but they were fine in the overall picture.
The Park Hyatt was so very nice - our style of hotel. We had a lovely spacious room with lots of style. We eat there the first night and were very impressed. Often, hotel restaurants are not that great but not here. I also had a great Thai massage there - the only one I managed all holiday - too busy!!!
We found Aerolineas Argentineas very good to fly with - we had so many flights on our trip.
Iguacu was really wonderful. We liked the Argentinean side very much because it allowed for lots of walking and good exercise. The ´power shower´ was also very impressive. The Sheraton was certainly the best place to stay because of its location.
We really enjoyed our trip. Cintia, you were most helpful to us in formulating our plans and giving us a sense of the place. We will certainly recommend WOW Argentina to any friends traveling to your beautiful country.
Thanks for everything. The best of good luck with the business. Don´t work too hard. Best of luck also in your personal lives. The transfer to our hotel was great and your driver gave us a quick overview on our drive and some information to help us during our stay. LoiSuites was perfect. Our room was quiet and very comfortable, we enjoyed the good selection for breakfast each day and the service was outstanding. The restaurant you recommended for dinner with our friends, El Mirasol, was wonderful!
We really enjoyed our day with Mariana and Carlos. It was a long day, packed with many highlights, but they both looked after us well and we had a great day. Mariana was very knowledgeable and we felt comfortable with her from the very beginning of our day. Carlos always made sure he dropped us off and picked us up right at the entrances to avoid extra walking for us which we appreciated. By the end of the day we were very tired, and perhaps were not as enthusiastic to keep seeing things as we had been in the morning but we will continue to enjoy BA through the many photographs we took.
So thank you! I will continue to recommend your services to anyone who is asking about Buenos Aires. You really made our stay perfect in every way.

Geoff and I had a brilliant 3rd holiday in Argentina and that was in large part due to your excellent guidance and attention to detail. The hotels were excellent, especially Lares de Chacras & The Glu.
Apart from the wildlife we had many excellent meals & bottles of wine, and really enjoyed the countryside in both areas. It was incredible what they could do with irrigation in the Mendoza area - an amazing range of fruit crops.
We have certainly come home with lots of happy memories & photos, and are busy telling everyone what a great destination Argentina is.

| Cintia: We had an absolutely marvelous time. All of the arrangements were perfect. Everyone was where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there, to take us from one place to the other. (I pity the drivers who have to work aeroparque; what a disaster of traffic movement that place is!) The wine tours in Mendoza were excellent. Each bodega offered something different both in terms of activities and in terms of information. Sometimes you can wonder if once you visit one bodega then every other visit will bring the same information. But the selection we went to each offered a different perspective, fresh information, and different things to do. It was great.
We had a wonderful lunch at one bodega that was nothing short of sumptuous. We made our own blends of wine, complete with our own labels in a competition between Sue and I that was fun and funny. We had judges taste the results and Sue won for best blend! The cooking lesson was so much fun! I really loved it and we have terrific pictures of the activity. They even provided us with cooks hats and aprons to look the part. At Achaval the wine tasting was done on their patio with a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards, the Rio Mendoza (very dry!) and the snow capped mountains in the distance. It was idyllic.
The trip up into the Andes was great. I had forgotten how beautiful those maintains are; they have so much personality! The idea of picnic aas a very good one. Our guides selected a wonderful, quiet spot and we quickly concluded that the experiment worked and should be incorporated into the trip as a regular feature. Our guides, Paola and Fernando – whom I decided is the “chofer mago” – were very nice and knowledgeable; a real pleasure to be with while we toured around the province.
Sue did really well with her language learning mission. She understood a lot of what was being said, although as you know that’s not the same as being able to speak back. But comprehension comes first and she was doing great by the end of the trip with understanding what people were saying. And she was getting better at being able to say something back. That’s good because it is motivation for us to go forward with a plan to hopefully spend a few months in Argentina instead of a few days.
So, all in all we thought it was a great trip and as usual were very happy with the all of the arrangements you facilitated. We will send along some pictures you can use on the web site.

Just wanted to say a big "Thank you" for organising such a wonderful trip. The hotels we stayed at were wonderful, especially Los Patios de Cafayate. We had a brilliant time, and are trying to think where in Argentina that we have not yet visited!!!! On the day that we left Iruya, we drove back on Ruta 9, and turned off at Purnmamarca and drove via San Antonio de Los Cobres, and then back to Salta - what a wonderful drive, although it did take us 9.5 hours !!! At least we have now done most of the route for the Train to The Clouds, and in less time!!
We passed your business cards and/or details to a few people en-route that we spoke to - they were quite impressed that we were able to book our itinerary with such ease before we left the UK, as they had all left it until arriving in various towns before they booked their hotels and car hire.
Hope you are all well in Argentina and enjoying the sunshine - it is wet and windy here, and starts to get dark around 4pm !!

We enjoyed Iguazu and are glad that we did not miss such a spectacular natural site.
The arrangements that you made were excellent. The drivers were friendly and punctual and the tour guide helped us plan our time. Fortunately Saturday morning was not too hot and we did the lower circuit early before the crowds arrived. We had time on Friday afternoon to do the train and Upper Circuit-it was hot and humid but there were very few bugs.
The Starwood Preferred Guest card allowed us to get a late check-out on Saturday.

We cannot thank you enough for setting up another outstanding trip for us. Everything went smoothly and as scheduled. Your recommendations were all great. As I mentioned before, we really enjoyed the tour in Bariloche. Our room at the Llao Llao was stunning and was definitely worth the upgrade to the new wing. We enjoyed playing golf there as well, although it was really windy the day we played. The Rio Hermoso hotel was in a beautiful setting and we enjoyed staying there and exploring the area around St. Martin. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

“In Buenos Aires, post trip, WOW Argentina and their tour guide Carina provide us a fabulous eight hour tour. We saw the tourists stops in the AM and then in the afternoon, went to one of the neighborhoods where the street tango dancers performed, the shops were wonderful and just being with some of the citizens of Buenos Aires was a treat. Carina loves her city and country and the tour reflected that. I would recommend WOW Argentina to anyone who wants custom tours of Argentina (as well as Chile and Peru).”
I fell in love with South America during out trip and want to return—to see Patagonia and all the Chilean fjords, to get a second chance of rounding Cape Horn and, of course, visiting Iguazu Falls. Maybe you can help.
My next trips are to Egypt and Nile River, then Australia-New Zealand. Then back to South America.

We are now at home after a most wonderful trip.
We loved Beunos Aires and spent a lot of time just strolling around. Our half day city tour with Rosa and Joe was just wonderful. I enjoyed learning the history of the city and visiting all the areas with the luxury of knowing it was just the two of us and not a bus full of other folks coming behind.
The arrangements to get us to the show, the dinner, and the return trip were excellent.
Our cruise was everything we hoped it would be. Antarctica was an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. So pristine and unspoiled, and that is the way it should always be.
Now, let me tell you our feelings for our last day in Argentina. It was a wonderful day, again an experience that we will remember. Once the guide arrived at the port she took care of everything, our luggage was taken from us and she took control. We were soon in the van and heading out of the city. For myself, just to be driving out into your countryside was wonderful. It was a perfect day as well. We got to experience a small city before arriving at the Ranch for our visit.
What an amazing place, so relaxing and peaceful, just what we needed after being herded off the boat with 2500 other people. We sat on the patio with some wine and Empanadas, and later ate lunch in the garden under the trees with lots of doggies at our feet. We could have stayed there for the rest of the day, it would have been nice to have stayed overnight as well.
Alas, we had to leave and head back to the city for our flight. Our driver got us to the airport in good time, and thanks to the luxury of Business Class we were checked in and in the Business Class lounge in no time at all. Again at the airport our guide got us carts for our luggage and helped us all into the airport. That is a little more than is required of a guide, this was personal attention at its best.
I am certainly going to be sending an email to some cruising friends who are doing the same cruise next year and telling them of your services. I hope you continue to have success in your business. We appreciate what you did for us.

| We felt very comfortable during our stay because of the level of service provided by your company.
Your recommendations made the trip much better and everything was above our expectations.
Our guide and driver in Salta was very knowledgeable and had perfect English. He provided extra services (arranging and taking us horse back riding, picking us up at our hotel and taking us to the train). He was also very flexible regarding the schedules and our interests.
All of the drivers and guides have been early for their appointments and very professional.
While in Buenos Aires, our guide was very professional, well informed and extremely helpful. We enjoyed her guidance and company.

| As much as we do not want to leave Argentina, it seems it is almost that time to make our way to the airport.
